Larry W. Roberts is CEO of RMG Enterprises, Inc. Prior to becoming CEO of RMG, he served a number of years as the CEO of the Automatic Identification Manufacturers, Inc (AIM), the global trade organization for the automatic identification and data capture industry.
Since graduating from Robert Morris University, Mr. Roberts has accumulated over thirty years experience in business management, with twenty years in the trade association sector.During those years, Mr. Roberts held increasingly responsible executive positions. The industries represented by the associations include transportation, electronics, industrial gas, and automatic identification and data capture. He became a Certified Association Executive (CAE) from the American Society of Association Executives in 1996. Mr. Roberts is also a member of the AIDC 100, a prestigious group of pioneers and leaders in the identification and data capture industry.

Rick Morgan is president of RMG Enterprises, Inc. and editor of SCAN:The DATA CAPTURE Report, a 25-year-old newsletter to the automatic identification and data capture industry. Morgan, a graduate of Edinboro University, has over 27 years of business, sales, and writing experience. For the past seven years, Morgan has played an integral role in monitoring and analyzing events in the auto-ID industry, often serving as a moderator at industry panel discussions. Through his editorial comments, he has, in some cases, helped shape the face of the industry. By providing behind-the-scene news of what is going on with vendors, end users, and standards organizations, Morgan identifies current market trends and business philosophies. Mr. Morgan was recently accepted for membership in the AIDC 100, a prestigious group of AIDC industry pioneers and leaders.

Ralph Gammon is secretary/treasurer of RMG Enterprises, Inc., and editor for the Document Imaging Report. Gammon has been covering the document imaging industry since 1996 when he started at Corry Publishing with Business Solutions (formerly Business Systems) magazine. Gammon's thorough knowledge of the document imaging industry was also tapped for assignments from Integrated Solutions magazine. Gammon is a former newspaper reporter who holds a Bachelor of Arts in professional writing from Gannon University in Erie.
